LNP Club Bonus Program Terms and Conditions 
The LNP Club bonus program is valid at all LNP gas stations.
Customers can earn points for purchasing fuel and goods at our convenience stores. Accumulated points can be used to pay partially or in full for fuel and any other goods (except tobacco products) at our gas stations. The program is available to private vehicle owners and does not extend to individual entrepreneurs or legal entities.
To claim bonus points, the bonus card must be presented to the cashier at the gas station before the receipt is issued. Bonus points are awarded for purchases made with cash or bank card. The number of bonus points awarded is rounded according to mathematical rules. Bonus points earned for purchases at gas stations can be used immediately. The amount of bonus points earned depends on the status of the bonus card, which is assigned based on the amount of purchases made at the gas station in the previous month. No bonus points are awarded for purchases made using accumulated bonus points. The cost of goods purchased with bonus points is not included in the total purchase amount. In case of a partial or full return of goods, the amount of bonus points previously awarded for the returned goods will be canceled. Bonus points are awarded only for the actual amount of the purchase. On the birthday indicated in the cardholder's questionnaire, the bonus accrual rate is: 5% for fuel, 10% for non-fuel products. The terms of holiday bonuses may be changed at the company's discretion.
The LNP Club bonus program offers three tiers of bonus cards: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with its corresponding bonus accrual rate. The status is automatically adjusted at the beginning of each month based on the total amount of fuel and goods purchased at our gas stations in the previous month.

New members are automatically given the entry-level "Bronze" status.
You can use your accumulated bonuses to get a discount on fuel or goods at LNP gas stations at a rate of 1 bonus = 1 tenge. To use your bonuses, simply present your bonus card to the cashier before making a purchase.
The maximum amount of bonuses that can be accumulated on your LNP Club bonus card is 60,000 tenge. Bonuses can be used within 1 year from the date of the last purchase made with cash or a bank card.
If you do not use your LNP Club bonus card for one year, your accumulated bonuses will be automatically canceled, and your card will be blocked.
There are two ways to check your accumulated bonuses:
- You can contact the cashier at any LNP gas station and present your bonus card.
- You can log in to your personal account on our website www.lnp.kz.
Additional Terms:
- By participating in the LNP Club bonus program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
In case of loss or theft of your LNP Club bonus card, you must block the card. To do this, please contact the Customer Service Department in your city or block the card in your Personal Account on the website www.lnp.kz. Based on a written application, your bonus balance, card status, and purchase history can be transferred to a new card. The card replacement fee is 500 tenge.
The company reserves the right to change the size and terms of bonus provision, with the mandatory notification of LNP Club bonus program participants by posting the relevant information on the company's official website at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days in advance.
The company reserves the right to cancel any bonuses that have been credited in error.
