Winners of the “From Winter to Summer with LNP” Campaign

Forgot but won!

A family living in our city became a little happier thanks to the LNP company group. This company made the Ostanin family’s dream vacation come true as part of the “From Winter to Summer with LNP” campaign.

Why did their dream come true?

Because the LNP gas station network strives to delight its loyal customers, turning their dreams into reality. Last year, the company, which has more than 20 years of experience in East Kazakhstan, completed the “Become a Millionaire with LNP” campaign and immediately launched a new bonus program with the campaign “From Winter to Summer with LNP.” As a result of this campaign, the Ostanin family received a certificate for a trip to any warm country of their choice.

-  “The essence of the campaign was to encourage our loyal customers to maintain their high status with us,” said the company’s development director, Yerlan Mozhanov. “At the end of the campaign, the trip was raffled off, and the Ostanins won.”

A typical worker at one of Ust-Kamenogorsk’s many factories will go on a foreign vacation with his beloved wife thanks to good fortune.

-   “I became a participant in the campaign back in November of last year and had even forgotten about it,” Dmitry Ostanin shared his feelings. “I filled out a form then but never imagined I’d be the lucky one. When I received a call from the live draw, I didn’t immediately understand what it was about, but then I remembered the campaign.”

The trip was raffled off live on the local TV channel “Altai” in a lottery format, but the Ostanins didn’t watch the draw. The surprise, when revealed, was even more pleasant for the beautiful couple.

-   “I didn’t believe it when my husband told me,” Dmitry’s wife Olesya shared, sparkling with happiness. “I thought he was joking, but when it turned out to be true, I was incredibly happy. We think we’ll go to Egypt – we have a vacation in October-November, and that’s when the country has its ‘velvet season’ for comfortable rest.”

It turned out that the Ostanins had long dreamed of visiting warm countries. And of course, the “star” member of the family, which helped win the trip, is their car, a “Toyota Caldina.”

As part of the campaign, 15 consolation prizes of fuel vouchers for 50 liters were also raffled off, which went to car owners from the cities of Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Zyryanovsk.

When asked why he chooses to refuel at LNP stations, Dmitry Ostanin responded: “I’m completely satisfied here: a serious company with its own website where you can find all the necessary information, high-quality fuel, excellent service, and the attentive and loyal attitude of the company’s employees. That’s why my choice remains in favor of LNP.”

LNP doesn’t just hold various campaigns for its customers; it also strives to participate in the social life of East Kazakhstan. For example, it supports its own football team, “LNP-Ridder,” and promotes mass sports through charitable assistance to sports schools. The company also took an active part in the social project “Boomerang of Kindness,” organized jointly with the administration of Ust-Kamenogorsk. This project rewarded drivers who, during extreme winter frosts, kindly offered rides to fellow citizens, preventing them from freezing in the cold. For LNP, the concept of “corporate social responsibility” is not just words.

As for the Ostanins, they are still young, and this trip will likely be their first step toward discovering new, amazing countries. We wish them happiness, good luck, and mutual understanding!
