Fuel Depots are designed to receive, store and dispense light fuel products.
Fuel Depot #1
Fuel Depot in 6 Novaya Gavan Str, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The depot includes:- Railway loading and unloading facility
- Pumping station (5 unloading and transfer pumps, including vacuum pump)
- Technological pipelines
- Tank farm 3 tanks with a total capacity of 8000 m³ (2 - 3000 m³, 1 - 2000 m³)
- ASN5V automatic filling system
- Administrative and domestic buildings with a video surveillance system
- Automatic fire extinguishing system and fire ponds with a volume of 2000 m³, and hydrants.
Fuel Depot #2
Fuel Depot in 101 Ostrovskogo Str, Ridder
The depot includes:- Railway loading and unloading facility with two upper loading and unloading devices and two lower devices for sealed discharge. A hose device for bottom discharge is installed between the risers for discharging oils from tank cars. The discharge front of the rack for discharging light fuel products and oils provides for the simultaneous acceptance of two tank cars with a capacity of 50 m³ and 60 m³ for discharge;
- Pumping station (6 unloading and transfer pumps, including vacuum pump)
- Technological pipelines
- Truck loading rack for 4 vehicles;
- 7 vertical tanks for storing light fuel products: 2 pieces - 700 m³ each, 4 - 400 m³ each, and 21 horizontal tanks: 9 pieces - 50 m³, 12 pieces - 75 m³. The total volume of the tank farm is 4500 m³. For storing oils, 3 tanks with a capacity of 75 m³ each are installed;

- Automatic fire extinguishing system and fire ponds with a volume of 2200 m³, and hydrants of 100 m³ and 400 m³.
Fuel Depot, Altai City
Railway loading/unloading facility with top loading/unloading devices and two bottom-sealed unloading devices for light fuel products
- A bottom unloading hose system for oil from rail tank cars, installed between the stands
- The unloading rack allows simultaneous unloading of 20 rail tank cars with capacities of 50 m³ and 60 m³.
- Distribution of fuel products is carried out from the truck loading rack, designed for 12 vehicles.
- Process pipelines
- Storage for light fuel products:
- 10 vertical tanks: 2 with a capacity of 10,000 m³ each and 8 with a capacity of 5,000 m³ each
- 10 horizontal tanks: 50 m³ each
- 20 horizontal tanks: 75 m³ each
- Total tank farm capacity: 40,000 m³
- Storage for oils:
- 3 tanks with a capacity of 75 m³ each
- Administrative and utility complex, video surveillance system
- Fire safety measures:

- Fire reservoirs with volumes of 100 m³ and 400 m³, fire hydrants, 2 diesel driven fire pumps
